Laughner Patel Developers, a highly regarded development firm that specializes in the construction and development of medical facilities nationwide, has finished construction on a highly anticipated new medical campus conveniently located on 9 acres directly across from the new UPMC Pinnacle Memorial Hospital in Northern York, Pennsylvania. Final construction was completed in November, 2018.
This modern facility houses 17,000-square feet of medical space, perfect for doctor’s office, laboratories, or outpatient services. DaVita, the highly regarded dialysis center, has leased 7,000-square feet in the facility. WellSpan Health is now occupying the remaining 10,000-square feet of contiguous office space. An additional 44,000-square feet of build-to-suit medical office space is available, with the opportunity to name a street in the currently undeveloped lot.

Project Background
Laughner Patel initially acquired raw land which was zoned residential and was successful with leading a legislative process for rezoning and achieving rezoning to office. Laughner Patel master planned the entire site with multiple buildings, access and bringing in utilities from neighboring developments. Laughner Patel worked in concert with the hospital to create and construct a newly signalized intersection to join the campuses.
